Introduction

Francis is a seasoned Financial Planner and Investment Advisor Representative focusing on individualized client solutions. He has over fifteen years of financial planning experience, delivering customized financial plans, retirement strategies and wealth management. Areas of financial planning include; estate, trust, pension, college savings and retirement. 

Prior to joining Money Concepts, Francis was with the Trustmont Group as an Investment Advisor Representative.  He holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations and his life and health insurance licenses.  Francis also has over twenty years of investment, finance and risk management experience.  He believes that everyone needs financial and estate guidance.  He enjoys opportunities to work with potential clients from all over the country.

Francis received his BS in Accounting from Daemen College in Amherst, New York, and his Master’s in Finance from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut.  He is the owner and president of Chapel Wealth Management located in Stratford, Connecticut.

Francis has, and continues to be, active with helping first responders.  He is one of the founding members of the Finest Federal Credit Union located in New York City which includes the field of membership of all law enforcement in New York.

Francis has been married to Ann Marie Carson for over 35 years and has two adult children, Matthew and Kathleen.  Francis enjoys spending his free time with family, walking his loyal dog, Bo and playing hockey.
