Jennifer Greenwell Haddow is a licensed Registered Representative with Money Concepts Capital Corp. She also became a Certified Financial Planner™ in May of 2006.
Since 1998, Jennifer has been helping individuals in areas of financial planning, including retirement planning, college planning and life insurance planning.
When I was eleven years old, my father became a financial planner. I loved his dinnertime stories of helping his clients, and even attended his alma mater, Western Kentucky University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in mathematics. However, like many college graduates, I was anxious to strike it on my own without my parents, and “fell into” a career in the HMO insurance industry.
By 1998, I had become disillusioned working for a big company since I had always thought of myself as helping people rather than the corporate bottom line. It was at that point that I remembered my dad’s stories and knew that I needed to change careers. He has been and continues to be my mentor in an ever-changing industry. The one constant is helping people achieve their dreams of financial security, and that continues to be my number one priority to this day.
Jennifer graduated from Western Kentucky University in May of 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a second major in Spanish. In 2006, Jennifer obtained her Certified Financial Planner designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
